Avantages
Morningstar is a wonderful place to work and I am so very fortunate I am part of their team. They honestly care about their employees and offer a work /life balance. You do not have a set number of vacation days and are able to take as much or as little as you would like as long as you get your work done. The best perk, after 4 years of service, you get a paid 6 week sabbitical!
Inconvénients
Morningstar has a decentralized corporate structure which sometimes makes communication between groups and products difficult. Being in Sales, it would be better to cross sell, but it is difficult.
