Thank you for opening up and sharing your comment; insight from those who share with us are priceless tools that help us enhance our employee experience. We have great, dedicated people coming together to manufacture awesome machines and many of those have a long tenure with Modula and its predecessors, we've even had recent key leadership roles gain new people whose hearts are in the right place. We'd like to assure you that we strive to maintain the highest quality of standards for not only our customers, but for our employees as well. Our growing pains these past couple of years can run the risk of appearing as though the company dropped the ball, and for that we are sincerely sorry. We failed to engage you as an employer and that was never our intent. Growing pains are a double-edged sword--some decisions are necessary but may not be popular or clear. This is not an excuse on our end, but hopefully some transparency into why some aspects may have seemed negative and why things have to take some time to play out.
