Avantages
If you can sell into a client which turns over a lot of staff you could do okay. But, there are hundreds of staffing companies trying to do the same thing.
Inconvénients
As the months roll by your quotas will increase to the point where it is highly unlikely you will succeed. If you get to this point you will make good money but it is unlikely. And if the office manager is not making their numbers then they will fire you so their profit will be better. No real incentive to keep BDMs.
