Extremely poor communication from upper management during redundancies and financial issues. Employees were left chasing answers themselves while the company faced serious financial problems. The environment became increasingly uncomfortable with very little visible support from HR, alongside an overall lack of care shown towards staff wellbeing during an already stressful situation.
