      Work from home and decent dental insurance.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is not supportive. They do not seek to understand and build trust. Instead, they conclude and build a case against the employee. You can see beyond the fake facade within teams if you pay attention.

      Avantages

      Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

      Inconvénients

      The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
