      Avantages

      - Great people to work with - Great Location - Good Pay - Great work experience - Flexible schedule and overtime so I could come in and work extra hours if needed - My supervisor was really good with letting us take time off work, we could skip out for a few hours to run errands and make them up later in the week

      Inconvénients

      This is not a place that I would want to spend my whole life because healthcare isn't my field of interest, but this job gave me some great experience that I will be able to take into other industries.

At Moda, we believe our employees should have the ability to make their own hours when they are in a role that doesn’t require a set schedule. Our company’s core values include flexibility, integrity and community. Glad to hear that the location, pay and overall experience are a match for you.       Avantages

      Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

      Inconvénients

      The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.

      a better 401k plan would be good with quicker vesting
