Great people to work with. Management team is well structured and good to their employees. Great workplace atmosphere.

Working overnight and long hours. Not Moda's fault, just the nature of the business.

Ever changing supervisors, so if you didn't like one you probably wouldn't see them again for a while.

They constantly made up things to complain about. If you were standing straight, they claimed you were leaning against the wall. If you had your phone out to use the flashlight to help a customer, they claimed you were talking on it. If you were de-escalating, they'd say you were facing the wrong direction.
