      Avantages

      Truly helping the people who need it, respect from the community, time off from work.

      Inconvénients

      Unequal pay for the risk and service that many men would fear to do themselves or care more for a high salary than service of his neighbor. The disconnect between the Chiefs and the men and women who actually make the runs. They seem to forget where they came from and some sacrificed honor to get the promotion in the first place.
