      Avantages

      The company is best for code coolies but not for software developers.If you would like to code and expect to make good money then this company is the best.But if u care for ethics ,decency then it's a worst company.In meetings top most guy uses unparliamentary language.

      Inconvénients

      If you like this company then you may not be fit to work for any other company.They care damn about work quality.They expect you work in India time and US time as well.No one has a secure position in the company so the old employees play every dirty tricks in the book so that new employee don't settle it.

      1. Bunch of cheats running the firm. No clear terms stated in employment contracts. And you get abused and yelled. 2. Never get paid on time. 3. No process or accountability 4. Low-quality minds of founder and his co-founders. 5. Incompetent guys

      All. they want to have slaves instead developers. Everything is urgent many times. they will scream at you, use bad language and use fear as tactics. Old technoligies
