It has been an absolute pleasure to work at Mitchell Adam over the past year, from the training through to the family environment they have so much to offer. I started at Mitchell Adam at 17 whilst I was at college and both Mitchell and Adam gave me an opportunity to not only get my first step on the career ladder but also allowed me to prove what I could do. The training programme was nothing less than exceptional and has made me the consultant I am today so all credit goes to them, from building my confidence skills to teaching me an exceptional way to do recruitment where everything is so structured. Mitchell Adam gave me a chance when nobody else would and for that I will always be grateful. If you are a graduate or somebody looking to get into recruitment, I could not recommend Mitchell Adam enough it has been, and probably will be one of the best businesses I have worked at.
I could also not recommend them enough for any company who is looking for support with recruitment and any candidate who is looking for their next step in finance, from the friendly team to their structured process they will not fail to impress and are always happy to support people.
