      Small company with some hardworking, dedicated employees. Good product.

      Really erratic management. Crazy personalities at the top make work environment very toxic. Unhappy staff and low morale.

      Everyone at minnie rose is pleasure to work with. Founder and designer Lisa is incredibly talented and makes working here fun and rewarding. I see first hand how much passion and dedication goes into the business

      predatory-owner is a massive bully who attempts to pit employees against one another unprofessional-this company runs as if it's in year 1, and refuses to look at industry standards understaffed-each member is expected to complete multiple job descriptions without any support, in a strange system that does not follow industry standards underpaid-compensation is 20 years outdated, and beware if you are freelance
