Toxic work enviroment - Avis employé Engineeer Microchip Technology

Management ignores disrespectful behavior by certain employees and there seems to be no repercussions for those who engaged in such behavior. It makes it difficult to work for them. Training philosophy in my department is yell till it is done right. There is one employee allowed to be mean and rude to everyone because he has worked here for 20 years. Multiple people just quit rather than dealing with this person. Management seems to just put up with. It makes for a toxic work environment.
