They buy a lot of companies and cut a lot of good people. They say that they value their employees, well not enough to give good severance packages. Their severance is terrible, the worst I've ever seen, based on the 4 companies I've worked at. (No, I've never been cut, but I know a lot of people who have). They don't have Kaiser either, which is a first, for the companies I've worked at in the Bay Area.
