Avantages
Most people there were great! Although there will always be exceptions, the esmplyees (in particular at this site, and one other non-US site) were truly this company's best asset.
Inconvénients
Atmel management was for the most part OK. But as the years passed, it became more and red tape and harder to actually get good engineering work done.
