Avantages
Great Product suite. Very good compared to other products in the market. Top level leadership is very good. I think Michael Saylor has great vision for the industry. We need people like him who set the trends in the industry. He is also a role model since he did not give up even when the company went bust in 2000. What a great recovery!! Talks a lot about his leadeship capabilities. Sales and Account Execs are good and know how to do their job. Bigger customers get more attention and a lot of them love the product.
Inconvénients
HR sucks. There is no transparency in communications / guidelines / policies / promotions / salary hikes. Tech. support sucks. They have nothing but vanilla answers for you. Consulting leadership is a mess. A lot of people who don't know technology or the product or anything about BI ended up in leadership positions. Not ideal for a product company. Consulting leadership wants to sell and pocket their commissions. Actual project implementation is left to consultants with little or no help. As a result customer satisfaction is really low.
