Good principles, innovative, can be intellectually exciting. Some positive initiatives for employees. Colleagues generally open minded, probably due to the young age of the associates.
Inconvénients
Global principles not applied locally. Local HR discriminating employees from diverse backgrounds, mobbing was a common practice. Low salaries, low ethics, local regulation not fully respected.
