Avantages
Atmosphere - very friendly, no rats or career-focused people, no toxic co-workers , trainings -access to a lot of proffessional trainings includint TSQL, PL/SQL, Informatica, Data Mining etc , location - the city centre of the capital of Poland , travel opportunities - business trips allover the world , no-stress job - in comparison with other consulting / IT companies
Inconvénients
Salary - much lower than the competition, the way the top management treats consultants - isolation, cut funds for integration etc , no perspectives for promotion - after 1.5 years you might get promoted to the Senior Associate Consultant, after another 1,5 year to the Consultant position, but nothing is guaranteed and most of the people leave for company after 1-2 years for a better position.
