None. It seems like they have now hired friends of friends in upper management!
Inconvénients
-No training, they use lynda.com, which has absolutely no value, -Implemented silly training videos for internal staff to watch and then take exams on, like how to be a normal person video! -You need to have a few key friends in mgmt that will be able to help you in your career otherwise forget it you are not going anywhere.!
