Several customers companies which ensures several offers and so a considerable probability to find a nice interesting job (so-called mussion). Considerably nice relationship with business developers and human approach.
Inconvénients
Sometimes they push you in a very subtle way to accept a so-called mission. They try to brainwash in a subtle way and to convince you why you should do the mission they offer you, even if initially you didn't expect to do such job
