      New management for ER is placed and reorganized

      Inconvénients

      management was disorganized prior and the manager not in sight during the weekend hospital downhill since covid, hospital not fully fxn such as cath lab and closed units

      -Good Manager -departments worked well together

      Inconvénients

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
