      Avantages

      Gives me a community focused feel where I can grow and develop professionally. Always feel great support from our management team and am proud to work in a place where i feel proud of the care we provide to our community.

      Inconvénients

      Patients at times lack compassion and it can make working in healthcare difficult.

      Excellent colleagues, experienced leadership, opportunities for advancement, and provides great benefit to the community.

      Inconvénients

      Experiencing some changes in scope as we adapt to a more regionalized structure, but will be a positive in the long run.

      -Good Manager -departments worked well together

      Inconvénients

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
