      Avantages

      Great patient contact and relationships to build

      Inconvénients

      Lab management is very poor, they hire all newer children who don’t know what they are doing. Attitude from new people towards patients is not okay. Management makes promises that they will get something done and then turn around and take it all away not allowing anything to happen. Mercy has a policy of no retaliation but yet when the truth gets told management just craps on the employee

      Excellent colleagues, experienced leadership, opportunities for advancement, and provides great benefit to the community.

      Inconvénients

      Experiencing some changes in scope as we adapt to a more regionalized structure, but will be a positive in the long run.

      -Good Manager -departments worked well together

      Inconvénients

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
