      Nice people in the building and friendly

      Inconvénients

      pay is way to low, they are stuck in the past and not looking to improve for the future and has no real leadership to do this. Every department does there own thing and nobody is on the same page. Many employees want improvements, pay, benefits, anything to make the employee feel valued.

      Excellent colleagues, experienced leadership, opportunities for advancement, and provides great benefit to the community.

      Inconvénients

      Experiencing some changes in scope as we adapt to a more regionalized structure, but will be a positive in the long run.

      -Good Manager -departments worked well together

      Inconvénients

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
