      We are sorry that do did not enjoy your Mercer experience. While we have many long tenured employees that have been with us for decades, we do understand that we are not for everyone.       People Support Pay Benefits Work From home on occasion

      Inconvénients

      Changes to bonus, made it almost impossible to reach, this effected pay significantly. From hitting bonuses each month to hardly very rarely reaching. Drivers & Agents complaints effected you as a person. There word against yours always and caused burn out always getting questioned and defending why choices were made. From free hour lunch, changed to working lunches with drivers.
