      Avantages

      Good benefits, pension, health care. We hope there will be more resources to support our business, and there are more opportunities at a large company.

      Inconvénients

      It seems there are a lot of rules and little concern for the morale of new employees forced to join Mercer.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Inconvénients

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
