      - UK is a reasonably small team so everyone knows everyone and share information - Very social company - Want you to progress your career whether that be in the same team or another department within the company - Flexible work - Great office location with free lunch and snacks - Great opportunity for travel

      Inconvénients

      - Communication between the 3 different regions can prove difficult, even within the same department incredibly siloed. - Siemens becoming more and more visible
