      They offer more money per hour on the weekends. They allow you to work overtime if you are willing to Many opportunities career growth within the company

      Inconvénients

      Since it is retail you are required to work nights, weekends, and holidays Don't expect to have many vacation days. This past year I was only offered 2 days paid vacation for the entire year

      Profit sharing for employees who work over 1,000 hours per year. Flexible with hours. Lots of resources to help employees learn and grow.

      Inconvénients

      Late break policy a bit strict, but its never a problem.

      Great place to work and help people. Management is amazing and always there to guide and encourage learning.
