      Avantages

      Hours are great over time is sometime offered more money is made on weekends and instant profit sharing

      Inconvénients

      If you come across a bad team of managers your life may become a living hell and you may be harassed with no one to report to because the company is still owned by john menard and a few other people who run the company and will take the side of UPPER management because of time with the company over whats fair and right

      Avantages

      A few of the people are nice to work with.

      Inconvénients

      A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
