      Avantages

      Interesting projects, immediate 401k vesting, decent pay, most people you interact with are decent.

      Inconvénients

      Rampant sexism and bullying of younger employees. Others tend to stand by and not say a thing. Ridiculous turnover to the point if you make it a year it’s a huge celebration.

      pay could be more competitive Requirement for engineers spend weeks at a time at site.
