      If you need to build your resume after some bad firings or you're starting out new in the field of IT support. Very easy work, Windows-only support.

      Inconvénients

      Very low pay for comparable jobs in the industry, no benefits, no possibility of moving up (small company), very rare pay raises to match inflation (one pay raise for one person in 3 years)
