      Clearly they don’t know anything about running a business or hiring people. Unprofessional and basically scammed me for a month to work like a director but instead was paid part time then let go for a completely made up reason. Not sure who would pay for $400 a month for math tutoring in this economy but clearly they are looking for a specific client that looks a specific way. If you catch what i’m saying. POC beware of this place!

      Avantages

      Flexible hours that I could choose, nice working space. My boss was nice and very reasonable. Pay was decent after I completed some certifications. When the teaching was effective it was pretty rewarding and it can be fun to talk to the kids.

      Inconvénients

      It was honestly a very tiring job. The kids can get really rowdy and difficult to manage, especially if you have to teach three at the same time. Management required us to use tablets and a finicky platform for worksheets that was not helpful and forced me to further split my attention.
