      Avantages

      I really enjoyed working for this company overall. The system that has been set up by the management is a good one. The tutors all cared about the kids very much.

      Inconvénients

      I don't think tutors are always given enough hours depending on the location. But this also works to be a strength for flexibility.

      Avantages

      Flexible hours that I could choose, nice working space. My boss was nice and very reasonable. Pay was decent after I completed some certifications. When the teaching was effective it was pretty rewarding and it can be fun to talk to the kids.

      Inconvénients

      It was honestly a very tiring job. The kids can get really rowdy and difficult to manage, especially if you have to teach three at the same time. Management required us to use tablets and a finicky platform for worksheets that was not helpful and forced me to further split my attention.
