Avantages

Free breakfast and free lunch. Free dinner if you stay in the office until 7:30-8:00 PM.

Inconvénients

Working pressure for a software developer is very high as a developer needs to deliver multiple features, fix bugs, and write tests and numerous examples every half year. Low base salary. No stock. Very few bonus. The base salary increase is about 3% annually if you work very hard to catch up the plan. No product manager who knows the relation between different products. So, people in different teams hardly notice the feature difference between cross-teams and what other teams are doing. HRs are non-responsive and do not care about the personal conditions of employees. The manager determines your working experience only.
