Hypocritical approach to diversity: example very public support for women in STEM and diversity. Meanwhile most senior technical positions are occupied by white middle aged men with advanced degrees from oxbridge. Appalling parental leave in the UK (legal minimum required for a long time with paltry increase following other tech companies) which is made worse by withholding stakeholder bonus while on leave. This bonus is objectively small since the compensation is overall low but the principle is at odds with the stated values of the company.
