Then drink water, relax and do the same until you are at least 10 km away. - The senior leadership has a vision which seems more like a pipe dream rather than a good plan. It has no basis in technological feasibility. - The next set of managers are sycophants who wouldn't have been in their positions if not for their yes man skills. These people don't have the technological acumen or the grit to tell the senior leadership that what they are suggesting seems more like a script of star wars movie than a business goal. - Did you know before becoming MathWorks Hyderabad, it was a startup which was acquired by Mathworks? Well, it's still that startup, except the name. The work culture is still the same with heavy doses of micromanagement, bosses so insecure that they won't allow their subordinates free communication with other counterparts and often micromanage the communication. - In fact, most of these people were hired by the previous Startup. No way they would have been hired by Mathworks. - No transport facility, no subsidized cafeteria or snack bar. The food court is extremely expensive. If you want to snack during work, you gotta go to the food court which would take half an hour and wrecks your concentration.
