Every day at MasterDrive is a chance to positively impact a new driver's skills, confidence, and entire attitude toward driving and safety. Knowing that the work I do has helped create awareness & habits within my students which have literally saved lives, is one of the most satisfying experiences I'll ever know. Training is extensive and continuous, hourly shift differentials are available with , and quarterly bonuses are performance based and consistent.
Inconvénients
Scheduling: during the school year, the only available hours for coaches are during afternoons, evenings, and weekends, so my job has taken much of my time away from my family over these past years. Management: the leaders in this company truly care about the growth & happiness of their employees, but often become very busy with the duties not directly involving employees, and must be sought out at length for guidance or resolution to problems or requests.
