      Avantages

      I help coordinate campaigns and product launches, and I like that everything is planned ahead instead of rushed. There’s a clear timeline for each campaign, so I’m not dealing with last-minute changes often. I work closely with sales and merchandising, and communication stays simple. The environment makes it easy to stay on track.

      Getting approvals even for small requests takes time, which causes unwanted delays

      The product range is wide, and you get regular leads. The team is supportive. Managers are clear about targets and expectations. You can really improve your communication and sales skills over time.

      Targets feel a bit high sometimes.

      Avantages

      Open, laid-back and friendly atmosphere. A lot of motivation to work hard. I have a sense of community; we can confidently voice our concerns and ask for solutions. If you perform, your efforts are recognized and rewarded. Busy but manageable schedule.

      Inconvénients

      I’d love to have more flexibility.
