      Great people, learned a lot, highly professional organization There's a benefit to working for a large organization, great support, but working within small teams at Marsh allows for more specialization

      Inconvénients

      Pace was slow at times A lot of bureaucracy that can come with the territory at a large organization Compensation was ok
