Where do I start?! There are a lot of Managers who do not know how to be a leader of people, not enough true and competent "Leaders." Hierarchical, an insurance organization with loads of politics. Lots of favoritism, unfairness and bullying. XX department is lacking in qualified and competent XX professionals, which can also be seen by the high turnover.
