      Avantages

      Get the opportunity to work with a number of different direct insurers which is a fantastic learning experience. Great relationship with coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      Constant emphasis on the bottom line, the message from upper management is "grow, grow, grow". Much of the growth has come through acquisition.
