      - coworkers are friendly and nice -CRG's -work-life balance -PTO, flexibility

      Inconvénients

      -promotions (almost impossible to go up unless you are lip servicing management and always saying yes) -management (all over the place with changes that are not planned out) -Austin COE is behaving like an unorganized start-up but is in a well-established company
