Avantages

I've been with Madison Reed for about 4 months now, and I can say with honesty and sincerity I could not be happier to be a part of this brand. I've worked for several companies in the past who say they have values and ethics, and who also say they put people first. Unfortunately, my experience prior to Madison Reed is most brands put profit over people. Though I'm a newer staff member, I'm certainly out of the honeymoon phase, and I have a clear vision of what this company is truly about, and I'm proud to be a part of it. I've never felt more empowered, more supported, and less stressed in my entire career. I'm so thankful to be a part of this company!

Inconvénients

Madison Reed is a newer brand and has a "start-up culture." This isn't really a con for me but sometimes it can lead to ambiguity that may be stressful to some.

Avantages

You gain corporate knowledge, and have the chance to learn new things.

Inconvénients

They mis classify you, so your deductions are higher. They raise your monthly goals based on one good month and it’s never enough, with what you bring. Ignore rules for some, don’t share information with their regionals like asked. Yet, you get treated like garbage if you speak to anyone outside your DM. And, acts like dm is in your corner yet failed to handle a problem employee for a very long time. With plenty of evidence. It affects their bonus!! They don’t care as long as they are producing.
