      Avantages

      - friendly colleagues, nice, relaxed company culture - flexible working in some departments - I loved the design of the office - free yoga, occasionally massage and food

      Inconvénients

      - they either didn't have a clear long term vision or they could not communicate it effectively - small company with limited resources for you to perform and grow in your area (at least in creative fields)
