      Avantages

      Very reasonable hours for the industry. Great people. Some beautiful views of Manhattan from the office and awesome art.

      Inconvénients

      Pretty rigid hierarchical structure makes it tough to move from department to department.

      Avantages

      - Being associated with Dell's family office - Flexibility to work remotely if needed - Beautiful office overlooking Central Park

      Inconvénients

      - People management ineffective - Employees can get burned on death march projects with fundamental leadership issues not addressed - Employee Turnover and light at building trusting long term relationships with employees - Everything is managed through confrontation and belittling - Lack of scale and growth strategy - Exodus of talent a consequence
