Some flexibility but people abuse. Was once a little more professional.

Not a nice work environment. Strained. Nervous Very insecure place. Grouchy world sales. Poorly behaved local office managers in West Coast offices. Embarassing at times. Scary even. A lot of acting entitled and name dropping while doing very little. For being so lazy, total office management in most offices can be impressively active in dividing and singling out folks. To protect their dirty turf. And still not doing much work! We have succeeded in scaring at least two potential client deals by behavior of original office managers. And even turning off internal and new labor. Someone once said Corporate Services was the entitled field army of the general. Probably true. Only problem is the field army stopped working for the general a long long time ago. And the general either doesn't know it or doesn't care. And we all pay both salaries while losing good people and business.
