      The leadership team at MKS is steering the company towards further stability and success. I had a lot of faith in upper management.

      Enormous international company with many acquisitions means some technical and bureaucratic headaches.

      Avantages

      Good experience with my boss and management, lots of freedom in managing daily tasks and responsibilities, and various opportunities for skill growth and problem solving. Helpful HR team, excellent benefits, and excellent coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      IT Service Desk did not provide access to me for critical programs for several weeks. Since MKS is a matrix organization, certain functions and responsibilities spill into different departments. Other departments may have other issues.
