      You witness groundbreaking technology & research and most of the people are outstanding both in their field and life in general.

      Inconvénients

      There is no accountability. If someone isn't pulling their weight on the team the task is simply assigned to someone else... but the person it was taken away from is not dealt with and the person who takes the task on isn't compensated for more work
