The office frowns on chain of command and encourages people to treat each other on the same level (so much for years of work experience - not needed or appreciated here). Extremely liberal viewpoints exercised in hiring, day to day operations, emails and culture. Protection of snowflakes is a priority, Would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. Stay clear!!
