      Avantages

      The environment, the peers, the students are all quite wonderful. MIT is a world-leader in many ways, and being part of this university has been a great perk!

      Inconvénients

      Management at MIT is not porous, meaning upward movement to Director-level (oversight of an office, for example) is notoriously difficult.
