I can't say enough positive things about working at LCS. From the moment I accepted the position I have felt like an important part of the company. There is an enormous amount of growth potential here, and an upper management team that supports your growth. It's a company that expects a lot from you, but rewards you in so many ways.
Inconvénients
I honestly don't see many cons here. It's a very stable company that has seen steady growth for nearly 30 years. With any growth of this magnitude comes growing pains. As we grow some of the processes that worked before are no longer a viable option. This isn't a con persay, as it's an exciting time to be apart of the company. But, can a challenge for some people to keep up with.

Work life balance, co-workers that are helpful and never make me feel less than, flexible hybid schedule, a product/mission/leadership I am happy to work for.
Inconvénients
Not really a con since I am not experienced enough yet,.. but I just hope their pay increases match what is being offered in the open market as I progress in experience, I would stay here for life as long as I am not missing out on any financial opportunities that would help make my life more secure.
Great corporate culture. Everybody above me in the chain of command, including the owner, is intelligent and treats people with respect. I wish that I had come here 20 years earlier. They invest in their people rather than treating us as number.

Employment is mostly limited to the Cincinnati area, which is fine for me.
